Clicking Outlook Sync will export the current Schedule (past, present and future) to Microsoft Outlook.

Note: This only synchronises to the logged on user's Outlook email address, which should be located on the User tab of their cardfile.

From within Outlook then synchronise with PDAs, mobile phones etc.

 

Synchronise is only available to Outlook. It cannot be synchronised the other way.

 

Outlook calendar invites cannot be accepted within Jim2. However, set the date/time within Scheduling, then drag the Outlook invite into Jim2 and tag to a job, quote, etc.

Jim2 Schedule will synchronise with Outlook schedule (not the other way).

Jim2 only synchronises appointments to Outlook. Each user would need to perform Outlook Sync. as only the user's appointments will synchronise.

 

Updates and changes to tasks within the Jim2 Schedule will be reflected in Outlook next time Outlook Sync is selected.

 

Only Tasks with Schedule ticked are exported, except for the following:

Cred. Follow Up

Debt. Follow Up

Due job Active

Due Job Inv’d

Birthdays

If the Jim2 email address does not match the email account in Outlook, Jim2 will automatically prompt for confirmation.
