The reason the Help File comes up with a blank page is because Antivirus or proxy is blocking the site http://jim2help.happen.biz/index.html
To overcome this issue, we suggest adding this to your white list to see if this resolves the problem. Also, when you press F1 it launches Jim2HelpViewer.exe
Please also add this to your exclusion lists.
