When there is an issue, such as Jim2 freezing, and Jim2 needs to be restarted, the previous session is locked for 10 minutes for security reasons.
You can use this blocked licence after 10 minutes.
In case the above doesn't work, you will need to restart Jim2 Server via the Jim2 Configuration Manager.
If you restart Jim2 Server, this will boot all users out of Jim2. The best approach is to have all other users exit Jim2 before you restart the Jim2 Server. |
