Explanation

Linked Contract#

The contract number of each linked child contract.

Note: This will only appear on Master contracts.

Status

The status of each child contract.

Next Bill

The next bill date of the child contract

Item

The Item used on the child contract.

Customer

The customer's name.

Contract Type

The contract type, ie. Machine.

State

State shows at what stage the contract is, ie. billing due, billable, etc.

Master Meter

Ticked means that the child contract matches the master meters.

Serial#

The serial number of that contract.

Ship#

The ship card related to this contract.

Location

The location.

Right Click Option

Explanation

View Contract (Project)

Opens the linked contract to view.

View Asset

Opens the associated asset to view.

FINISH Projects on Variation

Finish projects on variation.

Export Data

Export the grid data to a spreadsheet.

Print/Print Preview

Print/preview the grid.

Copy options

Copy cell, copy row or copy all.
