When there is an issue, such as Jim2 freezing, and Jim2 needs to be restarted, the previous session is locked for 10 minutes for security reasons, and will be unlocked after the 10 minutes.
In case the above doesn't work, restart Jim2 Server via the Jim2 Configuration Manager.

When restarting Jim2 Server, this will boot all users out of Jim2. Therefore, please ensure all other users exit Jim2 before restarting Jim2 Server.
