For Jim2Cloud customers, Happen Business has a backup policy in place and looks after backing up to storage in different geographical locations.

 

For on-premises customers, backups are your responsibility.

 

Jim2 has tooling to help meet the requirements of any backup policy you need to put in place.

 

Your backup policy is your responsibility, and ensuring compliance with that policy is up to you.

 

Happen Business highly recommends:

storing backups off site

having multiple copies of backups

testing backups on a regular basis

taking regular backups of your critical data.

 

The Jim2Server has a number of backup options that can be configured via the Jim2 Server Console (see below).
