In Edit mode, Invoice or Manufacture (depends upon the type of job).

 

Job must be set to Finish, RAI.NR or RAI.US.

In Edit mode, opens the Labour Entry screen.

In Edit mode, selects the job as Ready to Invoice.

Launch the calculator.

Multi-sort

Multi-column sorting. Holding the Shift key down after selecting the first column, you can then select multiple columns to sort by.

 

Tip

If you are working in a particular area of Jim2 (for example, Accounts), using the F1 function key will bring up the Accounts section of the Help File.

 

Tip

If you are using a Mac keyboard, you can map the Mac keyboard to a Windows keyboard to overcome this issue. Otherwise, hold down the Fn key and the function key (ie. Fn+F1) as per above. For Ctrl+, use Command+, and for Alt+, hold down Fn+option.
