From an email list, you are able to right click on an email and choose Create > Job, PO, Expense PO or Quote. By doing this, you will be presented with a job, PO or quote in Add mode, and the email will drop into the comments.
When you save the job, PO or quote, the Jim2 object will be updated on the email to show it is attached to the newly added job or quote.
The new job, quote or order appears on screen, and can then be edited. The email selected will automatically link to the new job, quote or order.
If you cancel adding the object, everything will go back to how it was prior to adding it, and the email will not be tagged to the cancelled object.
