Jim2.Cloud requires there to be a default printer set up in Windows.
Important Users must log both off the Jim2 session and Microsoft Remote Desktop. This closes the remote session completely. When you log back on, the printer settings will have been updated. |
The user must the go to the local printers in Windows, right click and set at least one printer as a default, or set all printers to default. Printers are required, regardless of whether you use them or not.
User may then log back on to Jim2.Cloud and connect to Jim2.
On the odd occasion, it may take a minute or so before the cloud redirected printer is set as default. This can cause an error if the user logs into Jim2 and immediately tries to print.
